I was given the chance to explain why one of the suggested procedures was not required, based on my knowledge of possible unpleasant outcomes, and this was accepted. I was fully briefed about the actual procedure, and when I told him about my frightening experience of being anaesthetised as a child, he and the anaesthetist did their best to ensure I had no problems. I was told what I might expect after my operation, and what possible troubling indications to be aware of. I was provided with a course of antibiotics to prevent infection, and also painkillers - although thse are not necessary in my case. I was, therefore, confident about undergoing the procedure, fully advised about after-effects, and so put fully at my ease.
Adam and his team are very professional and have a caring attitude
He informs you of what the procedure entails in a calm manner
How to improve, the coffee was great but a cold beer would have been evan better
Many thanks for what you do gold stars all round.
